横浜三井ビルディング1階に入っているこちらのテナントへ。
大人数で事前に予約していたこともあり、着席時にはすでに前菜等が机の上に並べれていました。
昼会席の「きわみ」税込み3,024円也。
全員が揃った所で、店員さんがお飲み物は如何ですか？と聞いてきました。
今回はドリンク無し(お茶が付きます)の予定だったので、そのまま食事スタート。
最初は前菜、茶碗蒸し、お刺身、ローストビーフ。
机に並べられているのを見るとかなり色鮮やかで美味しそうです。
前菜も丁寧さを感じますし、小鉢1品1品が美味しい。
ローストビーフも一口で食べられるサイズで配慮が感じられます。
茶碗蒸しは後の方で手を付け始めたたのですが、かなり熱いままでしたね。保温性が良い器なのか？
お刺身は身がプリプリで美味しいですね。
次にメインのカニ。
せんざん焼きというようですが、カニの足をバターのような油を付けて揚げたものなのかな？
カニ料理には欠かせない専用のスプーン(身をほじる二又になっているもの)が付いていて、これで食べます。
繊維を一本一本感じる事が出来て美味しいですね！・・・ただ表面のバター？油？で手がベトベトになります。
そこは店側も重々承知しているようで、カニと同時に追加のお絞りを一人一人に配膳されます。
次は天婦羅。かぼちゃ・玉ねぎ・・・あと何だったかな。写真を撮り損ねたので忘れたのですが。
こちらは塩のみで頂きます。素材の味をしっかりと味わう事が出来て良いですね。
衣も程よく付いており、そんなに油ギッシュに感じません。
カニと比べるとややさっぱりめな印象です。
次はざるそば。標準のお蕎麦に比べるとやや太めですが、ツルツルいけますね。
薬味にワサビと小口ネギがありますのでお好みで。
最後にシャーベット。溶けない程度に冷やしてありますが、冷たすぎず。
スプーンで簡単に掬う事が出来て〆に良いですね。
全体を通して満足です。
会席だから時間が掛かるかな？とも思ったのですが、約50分ほどでみんな食べ終わりました。
オフィスビルの1階に入店している事もあり、料理も途切れず出てきて、回転を良くしようという感じが見受けられます。
でも急かされる感じは無く、待たされる事も無いのでちょうど良かったです。
かなり店員さんも訓練されているようです。凄いな・・・。
あれだけ品数が多かったのですが、おなかがパンパンでも無く、
量的にはちょっと多く感じる程度でした。
ともあれ、ごちそうさまでしたー。
