おでんの色は濃いけど実はちょうど良い薄味でさつま揚げの甘い味や味染み大根、煮込んで黄身のうま味が凝縮した玉子。どれもいい。
ご飯は茶飯でほんのり出汁、美味しい。シジミ味噌汁もすっごい出汁が豊かで旨い
出汁三昧の充実した定食を落ち着く歴史あるお店で楽しめます
土曜12時訪問で待ちなし、程よい賑わいでした。
