It was my first crab hobby ever! This time I took the plunge and chose the 16,500 yen rime course. Surinagashi appetizer in a clear glass bowl? It came out. I could feel the strong taste and flavor of crab, and at this point I thought I had chosen a good course. I ate two types of crab sashimi for the first time in my life: snow crab and king crab, and both were very delicious. One thing I felt was that the flavor of the crab was stronger when it was boiled or grilled. I call myself a gourmet, but I couldn't really tell the difference between the two types of crabs I ate, and I was disappointed that my palate wasn't very sensitive... However, there was no doubt that both were delicious. I understand that! ! Everything from chawanmushi to Sushi is delicious and very satisfying. Before the dessert arrived, I ordered more crab Croquette and crab porridge because I had come all the way. The crab Croquette was "crab cream Croquette." Croquette was rich in cream and crab. The rice porridge was enough for two people to eat two small bowls each, so it was perfect. I ordered more and the cost was just 20,000 yen per person. I would like to work hard and look forward to the day when I can have luxury again.
