``Edotoku'' in Bashamichi We were invited to visit a long-established eel restaurant founded in 1899. For the course meal I had this time, I was able to choose either unagiju or hitsumabushi to finish, so I went with hitsumabushi, but there was no course menu on the website, so maybe only the regulars knew about it. First of all, the appetizer platter was very delicious! If this platter was on the menu, I would definitely order it. The sashimi, bowls, and Tempura were all made with special care, and the meal was over in no time. Hitsumabushi after a long time felt fresh and fun. I tend to always end up eating unagiju, but hitsumabushi is also good.
