馬車道にある鰻屋さん、江戸徳に来ました♪
外観からお洒落感漂います。
当日予約でしたが、テーブル席が取れました^_^
個室が人気のようです。
空間が洗練されて広いので、テーブルでもゆっくりできました。
まずは、ビールで乾杯♪
アテに出てきた骨の唐揚げ、塩加減強くてめっちゃ美味しい。ビールに合います。
お次に、お通し。こちらも一体いくらなのか分からないですが、さっぱりとしていて素材が活かされている上品なお味。
お刺身盛り合わせ 値段がメニューにないので、
店員さんにお聞きしたところ、7点盛りで4600円位との事。何が入ってくるかは分からないそうです。マグロ、中トロ、ホッキ貝、カツオ、ホタテ、
鰤
お刺身美味しかった。
出し巻き卵♡甘じょっぱい、私の好きな味♡
野菜の抱き合わせ。一つ一つの素材の味⭐︎美味しい。
白焼♡外カリッと中ふわっと。これは食べるべき一品♪
最後はおまちかね鰻重★
こちらもまた上品なお味！
タレは好みで追加可能♪白米も硬さ柔らかさがちょうど良く美味しい。
美味しかったー♪
一品料理から鰻重まで、全部美味しかったです。
