深夜1:40頃4名で入店。
カウンターではなく、ボックス席に案内していただきました。

ネタの鮮度が良いためか、どのネタも存在感があり、食感が抜群に良いですね。
また、シャリが通常のサイズよりも一回りほど小さく小ぶりのため食べやすい。
ネタとのバランスも良く、口に入れるとハラリと解れる絶妙の握り加減。
ひとつひとつに仕事がされている握りに舌鼓。
