Established in Yokohama 25 years ago. A very popular Sushi restaurant where you can casually enjoy delicious nigiri and seasonal delicacies with a glass of fine sake.
[Near the station] Sushidokoro Aizawa has been loved in Yokohama for 25 years. We carefully select high-quality seafood, mainly from Yokohama. We offer a wide range of exquisite dishes, including nigi |
間と一緒に おいしいお野菜とおいしいお酒を楽しみました。 English: Sakeji - A mythical salmon that is only caught 1 in 10,000 I heard about this fish at a bar and checked out the reviews of the restaurant on Tabelog. Someone I'd like to use as reference had been eating there. Not knowing what tomorrow will bring, I make haste and go straight! I visited on a weekday, the second Monday of the month ^ ^ To get there, head down Kannai Boulevard from JR Kannai Station, turn right at the traffic lights at Benten Dori 3-Chome, pass the first intersection and it's the fifth building on the left The restaurant is full of hidden gem elements, with the entrance deep inside. The long approach really stirs up your mischievous side ^ ^ It's rare for me to have done some research beforehand, so I immediately realized that it was a father and son family that had welcomed me. Behind the counter was the son, probably the eldest son and young head chef, and in the kitchen at the back the second son, and perhaps the person who arrived later was the head chef. From my counter seat where I could stare at the golden-eyed snapper in the display case, I ordered a beer ◇A medium-sized bottle of Kirin Lager. The meal is left to you! So before the nigiri, we asked for some appetizers. The first thing that was placed on Sushi table was ◇Water octopus - the suckers and the soft part, followed by, in order, ◇Red-eyed snapper - sashimi - so sweet. Next, at first I thought it was a halfbeak, but to my surprise it was a peach-tree fish, ◇Shishamo - sashimi - it was rare, but I was able to get it ^ ^ It was a masterpiece because it was so fatty◎ Appetizer platter ◇Ark shell liver ◇Small fish salad ◇Pickled eggplant ◇Pickled Chinese cabbage Everything was delicious and praised❗️ ☆Especially the ark shell liver, which was a delicacy so I wanted to have some sake, but my physical condition and my desire to drink were in conflict inside me, and a war broke out (⌒-⌒; ) I took this opportunity to ask the young chef about "Sakeji", and he said that just the other day they only get it in once a year. What a shame⚡︎ The appetizers that followed were ◇Bluefin tuna, medium fatty tuna ◇Ark shell ◇Hokkaido shell ◇ Herring roe I ate a little at a time (one slice at a time)◎ I couldn't resist and ordered another drink, ◇ Dry Kikusui This is a dry sake that far surpasses regular sake and is delicious. Japanese sake goes well with delicious fish. Returning to the food, ◇ Sashimi of blowfish I also ate the boiled sashimi with ponzu sauce, green onions and grated momiji. In addition, ◇ Hairy box crab meat (shell and legs), roe and soto This one was small in size but had a strong flavor and was delicious◎ So, without any hesitation, we started making sushi ◇ Sea urchin ◇ Salmon roe ◇ Sardine ◇ Horse mackerel ◇ Small fish ◇ Conger eel All six of Sushi were excellent! Delicious◎ The horse mackerel that the chef fell in love with and purchased at the market was the best◎ For the final dish, a regular customer ordered ◇ Clam soba This was also good! Good! Isn't that great? The bill was 15,000 yen including tax (they gave me the remainder of the 200 yen as a bonus) ⭐️If you choose a counter seat, all you have to do is sit down! If you choose omakase, all you have to do is wait. They will purchase the best fish at the time from the market with a keen eye and prepare it for you◎ ✨This time, I wasn't able to get the salmon child I was looking for, but I was full and satisfied after eating a little bit of everything❗️ And it was high quality and good value for money◎◎ "Thank you for the meal ^ ^" Thank you! When I asked, the friendly and smiling young chef said he was a neighbor ^ ^ It's also nice that it's tucked away in the depths of Hebi-no-ana, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, giving it a hideaway-like atmosphere.
