なかなか地元では食べることができない料理。
関東に遠征して、いただきました。
いただいたのは11000円のコース。『羊をめぐる冒険』人気No.1!自慢の料理をフルコースです。
羊肉のたたきや、ラムチョップなど。
たたきは初めて食べました。
どの肉も、羊の臭さがほとんどない。
あまりにも臭さがないから、だったら普通の肉でよくないかぁ~なんて思ったりもしました。
それだけ新鮮なお肉だということです。
ちなみにこの日は、羊のタンが入ったとのことなので、コースとは別に注文していただきました。
料理はどれもおいしかったです。
ただ茶碗蒸しだけが、味の相乗効果がない感じだったかな。
という風に書きましたが、それでもおいしい範疇です。
事前に伝えてあったアレルギーにも対応してもらい、とても満足な時間になりました。
