「串羊 羊サンライズ 横浜関内」へ。
ジンギスカンではない羊料理って初めてでとてもワクワク!
今回は羊をめぐる冒険コースに
ワインペアリングを付けました。

★国産羊の炙りユッケ 
サフォーク種54ヶ月。国産の羊肉は1%以下しか出回っていないとの事。とても貴重な一品。
1回目はそのまま食べます。香ばしくて意外とさっぱり。甘味も感じます。2回目は黄身を混ぜて。濃厚な味わい。

★羊の串焼き&羊のシュウマイ
シュウマイはガラムマサラ塩で。茨城県産の柳蓮田蓮根のシャキシャキした食感が楽しい。

★黒イチジクと羊の生ハム
新潟県佐渡産黒イチジク、宮城県蔵王産ヨーグルト、オーストラリア産羊生ハム。羊の生ハムは初めて食べた(^^)添えてあるアーモンドとの相性がいい。

★羊のクレープ

どの料理もすごく美味しくて感動!
羊ってクセのあるイメージが強かったのですが、全然そんな事なくて。食べててこれ本当に羊なの?!って思うくらい。イメージがガラッと変わりました。ずっとワクワクしながら食べれて、素敵な冒険ができました。
