お店から眺める景色は絶景でみなとみらいを一望することができます！
店内もゆとりのある座席配置が洗練された空間を演出しています。

・ツナのタルトレット、塩レモン、ジンジャー

→ここまでがいわゆる前菜でフィンガーフードでした。
見た目もかわいく、一口サイズながらも全て存在感のある味付けでたまりせん。
個人的にはチキンが特に好きでした！
・キングフィッシュ、きゅうり、枝豆、バジル、カリフラワー、さくら
全部の素材の味がしっかりとしているにもかかわらず、ぶつかり合わずに全てが最高の演出をしています。
・グリーンピース、ミント、パルメザンチーズ、リーキ、ヴァドゥヴァン
個人的には衝撃度でいうとこちらが1位です！
・牛フィレ、味噌、焼きナス、スパイスのジュ
3種類のソースで楽しむことができ、どれも絶品。
フィレも重くなく柔らかくて最高でした。
・ストロベリー、ハイビスカス、ホワイトチョコ、ダッチキャンディ、フェンネル
見た目も華やかで、さわやか系なスイーツでした！

今回は1年間の労いの意味で贅沢なランチを堪能しました。笑
オランダでミシュラン3つ星レストランを率いた方がプロデュースしているらしく、さすが！に溢れていました笑
私の拙い日本語ではなかなか伝えづらい絶品料理たちを是非食べて頂きたいです。
