As the name suggests, this is a Japanese-style Bistro where you can enjoy Sushi made with fresh seafood and Creative Cuisine. After enjoying the meat to my heart's content, I visited for an after-party. We walked from Motomachi through the crowded Chinatown to this place, which is close to the south exit of Kannai Station. The interior of the restaurant is user-friendly, with counter seats, table seats, and small raised private rooms. This time, enjoy a fish dish with a lingering aftertaste of meat in a private room. Having said that, I'm pretty hungry, so I'll start with hoppy food. ○ Hoppy Set ▪️Assorted Sashimi 6 pieces of fresh sashimi. All of them are meaty and filling. I'm happy to be able to eat even raw shirasu. ▪️Ikura and raw sea urchin spilled roll A luxurious dish with two giant salmon roe and sea urchin on top of seaweed and sushi rice. ▪️ Tempura tempura is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The cooking quality is also exquisite. ▪️Tuna Kabuto-yaki This is a surprise service from the owner. The more you unravel the giant helmet, the more stuffed flesh comes out. It was very delicious, but I was too hungry, so I gave up halfway through. I'm sorry I couldn't eat it all. A wonderful restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. Next time I want to come here slowly when I can eat a lot.
