夕食です。
ここは2018年12月14日に伺ったSALONE 2007さんのシェフが独立して開業したとのことです。
SALONE 2007さんは、その佇まいに圧倒されましたが、こちらも別の意味で圧倒されます。
とても、狭いです。
まぁ、お店のコンセプトの気軽さが形になった感じで、シェフ１人、店員２人で回す限界の規模って感じです。
注文も、前菜・パスタ・メインを最初にオーダーする流れになっていて、ご丁寧に専用のメニューがありました。
まぁ、私もその中から選んで、追加を通常メニューから選んだって感じです。
・前菜（お通し）：ミネストローネ
薄味ですが美味い
・ローマ風前菜盛合せ
色んな前菜のてんこ盛り。二人でシェアするのに丁度良いです。
生ハム、サラミ、スモークサーモン、蛸マリネ、ラタトウユ、茄子のロースト、モッツァレラチーズ・・・。
・国産ルッコラとトマト
前菜盛合せと被ったんですが、野菜を摂ります。
・ローマ風トリッパ 落とし卵のオーブン焼き
これを楽しみにしてました。
ドリッパは牛の内臓（ハチノス）。熊谷のガッポリーニさんでは行くたびに頂いてます。ここは卵が加わってマイルド感があります。

店員さんが、先日シェフがイタリアで仕入れたグランチャーレって言うもんだから頼んじゃいましたけど、美味しかったです。
しかも、１人前をシェアしてくれました。
・エゾ鹿もも肉のロースト バルサミコソース
これは不味い筈のない料理。
・ドルチェ：アフォガート
これも１つをシェアしました。
