夜に 利用
某OZ掲載で知ったお店。
魚屋が経営してる鮮魚がウリのお店との事で異質な営業形態が興味を惹き行ってみることに
鮮魚店と中華料理屋が並んでます。
メニューは通常の中華料理が主ですがマテ貝やホッキ貝、鮮魚がオススメとの事。
鮮魚の方は揚げの甘酢あん、醤油煮込みなど調理法を選べますがメニューブック上にはネギ生姜蒸しは載ってません。
それが食べたい場合は「蒸しが食べたい」と言いましょう。
頂いた料理は以下
・棒々鶏
・海鮮煮込みそば
某OZ掲載で食ってみたかった料理。
主に貝類のダシが効いててなかなか面白い。
日本人感覚では麺はちょっと柔らかいかもしれない。
・鮮魚のネギ生姜蒸し
となりの魚屋で実物を見せてもらい一人で食えるサイズだと真鯛が赤ハタがお奨めだというのでハタをチョイス。
このシステムはかなり良いと思う(見たい場合は見たいと希望しましょう)
ハタは600gほどで2500円。かなり安い。
オーナーご自身が毎朝築地まで行って仕入れた物なので業者から仕入れるより安く提供できるようです。
そして産地などにもかなり拘ってるみたいです。
魚に馴染み深い日本人には当たり前の事かもしれませんが正直なところ中華料理店でそこまでやってるとは思わなかった。
そしてこの赤ハタがメチャクチャ美味い。
過去食べた和食の煮魚なんかも含めても結構上位で美味い。
コラーゲンがハンパない。身がムチムチで身離れが悪いですが触った手と口周りがベタベタになるくらいのコラーゲン。身の味も凄く良い。
そして身や骨から出たダシと合わさったタレがまた極上。
サービスで頂いたご飯との相性も抜群。
これは本当に美味かった。

感想
正直なところ中華料理店での魚料理にはさほど期待してませんでした。
しかしそこらの和食屋にも負けない魚への愛情と拘りを持っております。
中華料理というジャンルの枠を取っ払って魚好きの人にオススメ出来るお店なのではないかと。
オーナー氏は中国の方ですが日本育ちらしく日本文化が染み付いてるので非常に愛想も良く馴染みやすい人ですね。ホールの女性達も中国の方々ですが中華街の飯店クラスの店ではあり得ないくらい愛想が良く接客態度は素晴らしいです。
一度来た人はもれなく気に入り知人友人に薦めてその薦められた人がやってきてはまたその人がよそで薦めると言う。
何となく分かる気がする。
魚美味いし接客で不快になる事も絶対無いと思うので人に薦めて喜ばれそうな店であると思う。
良かったです。
次はまた違う魚も食べてみたいな～
