A fashionable shop in Chinatown. It seemed like my favorite Taiwanese Cuisine, so I was a little hesitant to try it, but I decided to try it. The interior resembles a Taiwanese food stall with red lanterns. The dried tofu salad was delicious and had just the right amount of salt. The Scallion Oil Mochi is fragrant and delicious, even though the portion is small for 450 yen. The beef chashu tasted as expected. It's delicious without being disappointing, and the collagen is a delight. The most delicious thing was the intestine skewer. Once again, it's small and only about the size of a chauessen, but it's warm, the fat is sweet, and it's very delicious! I want another one for 450 yen. That's how delicious it is. The noodle set has a gentle flavor that is like warm somen noodles. Apparently, you can add black vinegar to it if you like, but this black vinegar is delicious! The black vinegar has a complexity similar to Worcestershire sauce, so it tastes great no matter what you put it on. Luro rice is a small bowl of rice and some meat. The meat is roughly ground beef, but it's melty and delicious. But it only took about 3 bites. It's true that whatever I ate was delicious, but the portions were small, and when I paid, I thought, "Wow, did I really eat that much?" I was vaguely aware that there wasn't enough of everything. As delicious as it is, I want to eat more. Thank you for the meal.
