どーしても牡蠣フライが食べたくて歩き廻りました。
そして、ランチメニューに出ていたお店を発見！！
田園都市線「たまプラーザ駅」から歩いて5分。
イトーヨーカドーの裏通りにあるビルの2階。
『日本料理 ねもと』
落ち着いた雰囲気のお店。
軽快なジャズが流れていて～。
2名用のテーブル席へ。
■かきフライ御膳 1,595円
配膳された時にちょっと違和感が・・・。
付け合わせのきゃべつが手前、主菜が奥。
お皿の向きが正反対に置かれた。
写真を撮るとき、食べる時はぐるっと回して。
しっかりした味で、美味しい赤出汁。
名古屋出身の私にはうれしいお椀でした。
ごはんは量が少なくて重い。
かぶの漬物と、海苔の佃煮。
あっさりした、ほうれん草のお浸し。
じゃがいもがゴロゴロのポテトサラダ。
牡蠣フライは4個、広島県産だそうです。
厚めの衣、揚げムラが2、3個あって。
ジューシーさ、風味がさほど感じられない。
手作り感が伝わってこない味で。
最初の2個は、そのままで。
後の2個はソースをかけて。
〆に、レモンを口に含んでジュッっと口直しに。
雰囲気は良いし、お店の人は感じが良いし。
しっかりした和食屋さんかと思ったのに、いろいろと残念で。
「鉄鍋和牛入りハンバーグ膳」が気になっているけど、どうかなぁ・・・。
