Food [New menu of confidence] GRATIA moules frites
Moules frites, a super famous dish with a long history in Europe, is not simply steamed mussels in wine. After eating at many good authentic restaurants, I finally completed a satisfying ``Moules Frites.'' Not only does it use high-quality moules, but its special feature is that it simmers a large volume of moules (approximately 25 moules) all at once in a pot to concentrate the flavor. There is almost no odor unique to mule, so if you don't like mule, this is a new menu item that you should definitely try!
Food [Popular dish] GRATIA's bolognese is exquisite!
A popular pasta dish among our regular customers is the "Awaji Onion Bolognese." In fact, it is a dish that we are very confident in and we highly recommend you try. This dish is also made using a method unique to GRATIA, and in order to preserve its flavor, it must be made using onions directly delivered from a certain person's field. Currently, we offer this dish as a unique pasta called Radiatori, but you can also enjoy it with tagliatelle or spaghetti if you order it.

A pure white building, a small Italian flag, and cute lights that catch your eye from the windows. At the entrance, guests are welcomed with a flower arrangement by Tamaki Watanabe, the deputy master of the Senke koryu school. GRATIA's space is roughly divided into four areas: ``Garden,'' ``Terrace,'' ``Dining,'' and ``Guest Room.'' Each space is designed so that you can enjoy a different meal time.

The greenery and flowers that decorate GRATIA's interior, which change every month, are created by Yukei Watanabe, deputy head of the Senke Koryu Fuyo-kai, a flower arrangement school that has continued for over 400 years since Sen no Rikyu's eldest son Sendoyasu's tea flowers. Eating surrounded by seasonal greenery and flowers is a luxurious experience, and your conversation will be even more enjoyable.
