横浜青葉台まで用事あり奥様と長距離ドライブです。
このあたりのおいしいおそば屋さんを探して評判のよいこちらのお店に行ってみました。
人気店なのにこの時間帯はお客が少なくラッキー。
とても明るい店内で清潔感のあるきれいな店内が印象的です。
オーダーでは私ごまダレが好きなのでごまダレの十割蕎麦大盛りをオーダー。
奥様も同様で普通盛り。
早速お味の方ですが、とても弾力があるけれども決して固いというのとは違う絶妙な食感。
太さもちょい太めな感じでごまダレがよく絡みとてもおいしいです。
蕎麦食いなのでいろいろなお店に行きましたが、その中でも弾力は強めです。
ごまダレもしょっぱすぎず薄すぎずでちょっと甘さのある風味豊かな味。
蕎麦もタレも両方おいしいです。
また小皿にあった大葉を入れるとふわーとさわやかな風味になりこれまた味変のようで楽しかったです。
総じて店内明るく清潔感あり、蕎麦は弾力あって食べ応え十分、ごまダレもちょい甘めですごく好みな味で大満足でした。
お店の店主が日本酒好きのようで、様々なこだわりのお酒がありました。夜にこの蕎麦を食しながらさっぱり辛口な日本酒を味わえばそれはそれでとても趣あるなあと感じた次第です。
