鼻の下に汗をかく辛味大根のおろしせいろ(大盛)
12:00ちょいに来訪しました。店内は一組のみでした。
テーブルオーダーで十割おろしせいろを大盛で注文。
程なくして着丼したのが写真の物体。
蕎麦 蕎麦の香りはふんわりと、十割らしいが比較的歯ごたえがある なかなか美味しい
つゆ 甘みのあるカツオ出汁かな？のつゆだと思われるが辛味大根が辛くてよく分からなかったw
薬味 鰹節とネギ、そして辛味大根 辛味大根はかなり辛め
総評 まず大盛りにしたのだが量がかなり少ない。大盛りが他店の通常の並盛りのサイズ程で5分もかからずに完食してしまった。お値段も大盛り料金込で1600円を超えると言うかなり強気な設定となっておりコスパが非常に悪い。一方で蕎麦は美味しかったし辛味大根の辛味も良い。辛い中につゆと蕎麦の甘みを感じるし歯ごたえが良いので蕎麦自体はかなりハイレベル。
量がもう少し有ればかなり高得点を取れそう。

12:00頃に来訪。店内はほぼ満席状態でした。
テーブルオーダーにておろし蕎麦を大盛りで注文。
確かこちらのお店は盛りが悪かったイメージだったので。。
比較的待って(20分強位？)着丼したのが写真の物体。
そば 今日は北海道産の蕎麦を使用しているらしい。十割そばなのだがかなりの歯ごたえとコシ、喉越しが良かった。
つけ汁 辛味大根がとにかく辛くよく分からなかったw舌も痺れたぜ
薬味 ネギ、かつお節、辛味大根
総評 今までも辛味大根で辛いのは多々食してきたが過去最高に辛かった。完食できないかと思うレベルの辛さ。つゆの味も糞もないとにかく辛かったが癖になりそうだ。薬味のかつお節はかなり香る。相対的にネギが甘く感じ美味い。
涼しい店内で1人脂汗を流しながら何とか完食。大根の辛みでも汗が出る事に気づきました。蕎麦は十割そばなのに歯ごたえや喉越しは最高レベル。とっても美味しかった。値段は全体的に高くコスパはそんなに良くないが盛りは前回よりは多くなった気がする。
何はともあれ大変満足でした。
