I arrived just after 1:30pm on a holiday and was able to enter without waiting. The restaurant was almost full. Apparently cold soba is 10g and hot soba is 28g, and there is a lot of information written about it. I was attracted by the 100% soba, so I ordered the Tenmori set (cold soba restaurant) for 1,980 yen. Perhaps because I entered at a bad time, the food was served at 2:17pm. It took a little too long. The soba was unusual, with firm, flat noodles. It was unfortunate that the Tempura was a little sticky. Thank you for the meal.
