去年の年末に開店した新しいお店。青葉台はあまり行くことは少ないのですが、ここの目の前の病院に行くために行った後に新しいお店があったので寄ってみる。今まで６回ほどお邪魔している。生簀があり魚や伊勢海老が動いているのが見えていた。先日行ったときは伊勢海老が禁漁でいなかった。残念。
カウンターには焼酎が色々並んでおり見ていて楽しめる。とはいえ、自分は車で行くためお酒は飲めないのですが、友達曰く幻の焼酎や日本酒もあるとの事。
料理は、必ず頼むのが普通のメニューとしては豆腐ステーキと蕎麦の芽のサラダ。豆腐ステーキはボリュームもあり食べやすい。蕎麦の芽サラダは歯ごたえが良い。ここのお店は魚が美味しい。先日行ったときはクジラの刺身もありました。幼少期は良く食べましたがここ最近食べた記憶がない。久々のクジラは美味しく感じる。中トロも美味しい。
接客しているお姉さんも明るく、魚をさばくお兄さんも魚の知識は詳しい。毎日江の島や市場に買いに行っているよう。魚が好きで脱サラしたと言っている。心意気はすごい。
店内がワンフロアで喫煙可能と言う事でタバコ吸わない自分からするとマイナスなポイント。お酒を楽しむお店だからある意味しょうがないか。最後にお店のスタッフが全員出てきて挨拶してくれる。お姉さんに駐車場が無くてごめんなさいと毎回言われるが、それもお酒を飲めるお店だからしょうがない。お酒を飲めるお店で駐車場あるのは嬉しいが、お酒をのんで運転して事故を起こす人がいる以上、なくても良い。
