Tuesday, March 12th: Closed due to rain. I went to the barber shop first thing in the morning, ate fried rice and Gyoza / Dumpling at a Chinese Cuisine at noon, and went to the docomo shop I had reserved at 3:30pm. I really liked it when I first came here, but I decided not to write about it in Tabelog. The shop is run by a young man who appears to be the owner and a woman who is probably his mother. So I decided to release it to the world (^^) I entered the store after 7pm. There were two people who looked like a couple at the table, and a customer who seemed to be a regular at the counter. I also sat at the counter. First up is draft beer. My favorite premol. It's more like a big glass than a mug. I had two beers. ordering food. Green onion, salt and white liver (chicken), lower legs of bluefin squid, stir-fried in butter and soy sauce (↑I wonder if that was the official name ^^;) And sashimi. It takes a while to prepare the sashimi, so it's better to order it first (^^) We had the chicken liver and the lower leg of the squid with beer. delicious. It goes well with beer (^^) I ordered sake at the same time as the sashimi arrived. At first, I made a drinking comparison set. A set of three sake comparisons. On this day, I tried the B set. First up is Okuharima in Hyogo. Super refreshing but super spicy. It's the type that I don't drink much. It's not to my liking ^^; Next is Yamasan in Nagano. It's a little cloudy. This tastes amazing! I don't like it when it's cloudy, but this was delicious. Akita's Hanamura. I've had this before. This is also delicious. The sashimi portion is a bit expensive at 2,000 yen per person, but once you try it, it's worth the price. Thickness, how to insert the knife, how to use condiments. I think you know a lot about fish. In particular, the tuna is always so delicious! The hit of the day was the key. Mild and mellow taste. It goes so well with sake! (^o^) Additional order of sake. Haneya in Toyama. I love this! Delicious sake anyway. Many of Toyama's sakes are delicious. I want a little more knob. I ordered cream cheese Okakadashi soy sauce. When I drink sake at home, I sometimes have cheese as an accompaniment. Sake and cheese go really well together. It's okakadashi and soy sauce, so it went really well with it. I drank another type of sake, but I forgot the name ^^; I remember that it was delicious ^^; I also talked to the owner about various things. Where do you buy Japanese sake? Which liquor store can you find the liquor called ○○? Then the owner told me about a liquor store that I didn't know about (^^) I wanted to go there next time. Thank you again for the delicious sake and delicious fish. I'm very satisfied.
