Food Carefully selected domestic Japanese black beef
We purchase carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef directly from meat wholesalers in Shibaura Market. We have been doing business with Kawasaki's specialized company for more than half a century, and we stock only the freshest internal organs. The meat is painstakingly hand-cut by our craftsmen every day.
Food proudly homemade
Kimchi and namul are carefully pickled in our kitchen. The dressing for the choregi salad is also our original. There are no chemical seasonings or additives. You can enjoy it safely and deliciously.
