昨年の夏、翠香園さんで冷やし中華をいただいた帰りに見つけたこちら。
by fifteenという店名も含めてずっと気になっていて、本日初の訪問。
調べてみると、こちらはかつてあった鉄板焼き宮地亭の居抜きで、その息子さんが営んでいるとか、
店内は思ったより奥行きがあり、手前のカウンターは鉄板が。
夜は鉄板焼きを提供しているよう。
昼は、メニューを拝見すると、ラーメンやカレー、ハンバーグ、丼物、セットメニューなど多彩。
「大人のファミレス」を名乗っているだけある。
散々迷った結果、大きく写真付きのクリーム冷やし中華をオーダー。
待つこと10分足らずで、黄色いメガネをかけたPOPな店主が運んできてくださった皿には、大きな肉の山が。
肉をめくってみると、刺身のつまのような細切り大根、にんじん、きゅうり、紫玉ねぎのサラダ。
これらを太麺と共に、タレに絡めて…美味し！
麺はもっちりモチモチ、野菜はシャッキシャキ。
このタレ、只者ではない。
豆乳がベースで、そこにすりごまの風味がふくよかに香る。
時折口に入るニンニクスライスのパンチも強烈。
和風の出汁も顔を覗かせ、クリーミーで奥深い。
低温調理が施され、薄くスライスされた大きな豚肩ロースが3枚。
これは、チャーシューと呼ぶには失礼な、もはやローストポーク。
しっとりと舌にまとわりつき、ジューシー。
麺と具材を全て食べ終え、「白飯ください！」と言いたくなったが堪え、レンゲでタレをいただく。
レンゲが小さくてもどかしいので、最後は両手で皿を持って完飲。
いやいや、美味しい。
こうなってくると、他のメニューが気になるので、ぜひ再訪したい。
