I visited on the first day it opened. It was my first time trying Local Cuisine from Aomori Prefecture, and everything was delicious. First of all, the opening service is 1590 yen for 60 minutes of all-you-can-drink with 30 types of sake, now 990 yen. In addition to the famous local sake, they have a variety of other sakes that you can try and compare. Of all the sake I tried, I personally found the rice wine to be the most delicious. For the dishes, we ordered three types of sashimi, stingray fin, pickled squid, grilled chicken thigh, and green onion hot pot. The sashimi of water octopus, sea bream, and tuna are all fresh and delicious. The chicken thighs are flavorful and grilled just right. Among them, the Negima Nabe was exquisite, with fresh seaweed and tuna in an elegant soup stock. I was so full that I didn't even get to the final stop. When I looked at the menu, I was worried that I would be charged a lot, but it was 7,990 yen for two people. I was relieved that even if I ordered all-you-can-drink at the normal price, it wouldn't cost 10,000 yen. The menu includes tax, so it's good that you don't have to pay more than that. I would like to visit you again.
