何年か振りに仕事関連で会食をとグレイスホテルの
地下にある日本料理のぎんさんに伺ってきました。
料理はすでに予約済みで、テーブル上にはコースの
お品書きが添えてありました。吟コースとあります。
料理は全7皿で、先附から始まり前菜•お造り•温の物
合肴•食事で〆に水菓子でした。芋焼酎と久しぶりに
懐石料理を堪能できました。特に太刀魚が秀逸でした。
