鶴見駅東口前のメインストリート沿いにあります。
こちらの一軒先に並ぶ「わっしょい」で焼肉一杯のつもりが、
店内満席状態で入れません。
そこで、
こちらの看板にある「馬刺し」の文字に釣られて入りました。
プレミアムモルツにて乾杯♪
まずビールには「枝付き枝豆」！
大豆のような高タンパク質は肝臓の働きに良いそうですョ(^^)
馬は、
「馬ヒレ刺し」と「桜ユッケ」。
馬もヒレ肉はウマい♪
にんにく醤油でいただきます。
醤油は“甘い”のが置いてありますが、関東タイプの醤油で。
（会津の特製味噌ならば、完璧なんだけどなぁ．．．）
ユッケの方はウズラの卵ではなく、ニワトリの卵の黄身が載っていています。
好き好きですが、ウズラは濃いので×、
ニワトリはたっぷりとウマくからむような気がするので良し。
「レモンチキンサラダ」は鳥わさ（タタキ風）が美味しい。
「頭までおいしい海老」は塩焼きです。
看板に偽り無し、バリバリいっちゃいますね。
「白レバー炙り」は熱した鉄皿に載せる事により、炙りができます。
鶏だけど、要するに自己責任においてどうぞ、という感じですね。
白レバは新鮮で美味しいのです。
馬・鶏・魚・野菜のそれぞれの食材が、
一応にいただけて、便利な居酒屋さんである事が判りました(^^)
