母が、サンマが食べたいなぁ、とか言うので(この先いつ食べさせてあげられるかわからないので)調達しました 炭火の直火焼きなのでおいしい！
(すっかり希少品の高級魚になってしまいましたね)
さんまの雑学ですが、約2000年前は「さまな(狭真魚、ほそいからだのサカナ の意味らしい)」と呼ばれていたモノが、発音の関係で「さんま」と発音されるようになり、江戸時代から当て字(コトバの遊びみたいなもの)で、「秋刀魚(秋の声が聞こえるころに獲れる刀のような旨い魚)」と表記されるようになり、現在もそのまま定着しているらしい、のだそうです
