芝浦神谷商店の神肉を堪能したのだ、の巻
月曜日の夜です。
肉の日(毎月29日)の2日前ですが、横浜に来たついでにうしみつさんの食べ比べに興じます。
ちょうど一週間前が恵比寿。そして今夜がハマ。コース内容が微妙に違うので、これはちょっと気になるところ。
六時前に入店。
恵比寿と同様、全席個室なので混み具合は分かりませんが、揃いの黒服に身を包んだカワユイ女子が、テキパキと動き回っておりました。
五つ星焼師の大力(かなり珍しいお名前です)女子に案内され、冷房の効いた個室に陣取ります。
うっふぅ、気持ち良い。
ザビエルハゲを容赦なく射る梅雨明けの熱射に燻し出されたラッコ汁が、瞬くうちに乾いてゆく、アハッ。
先ずは熟撰生ビールをお願いし、メニューと睨めっこ。
お願いしたのは新焼肉コース。

<まとめ>
びっくりしたのは、芝浦市場で唯一無二と呼ばれる神谷商店さんの枝肉を扱われているところ。
神谷の名からつけられた神肉。肉好きにはつとに有名な肉卸さんですね。
インスタで調べたら、かの阿佐ヶ谷のサ●ト●さんなども顧客のよう。
今夜の踊り子さんでは、牛タン厚切りとハラミが神肉だったかな、その中でもハラミ。
これは超絶、ウンマカッタ。大力さんの焼きの技量も素晴らしいのか、歯を軽く立てるだけでハラミの太い肉繊維がほろほろと解けます。
程よくジューシーで甘い。
こんなハラミは、らいもんのそれに匹敵。
〆のパエリアも美味しく、もうおなかいっぱいになってしまいました。
