Food Traditional Edomae sushi
In addition to purchasing the ingredients at Toyosu Market, we also use the finest seasonal fish sent directly from Kanazawa. Don't forget to invent ways to inherit the traditional Edomae style, such as using red vinegar and boiled soy sauce.
