土曜11時半過ぎ。先客半分、後客2名。
オープンしたてなのに、少し寂しいっちゃ寂しいですね。
ラーメン大盛で。濃いめで。
横浜駅界隈でテーブル席もあります。
中寸胴でガラをしっかり焚いてます。麺揚げはやや平ザル。
店員はたぶんチャイナ系かな？凄い手際良くて、どっかの家系ラーメンで修行してるのでは？
10分弱で着丼。
◾️スープ
鶏油多めです。そこそこ良い風味を感じます。
濃いめなので、カエシがしっかり濃いです。鋭利なカエシ具合が凄く美味しいです。
出汁は鶏ガラの比率が少し低く、鶏の旨味が少なく感じました。カエシがかなり強く主張されてしまうので、濃さは普通でいいかもって思いました。
◾️麺
中細のストレート麺。家系にしては、細いです。あと長いです。
味は可もなく不可もなしって感じです。
◾️具
海苔は強めな海苔です。
ネギが辛い。もう味変クラスの影響をもってます。ネギいらないかな。
