``Gntaro'' is a Sushi and kappo restaurant that I always visit on the way home from memorial services.They also have a lunch menu, but this time I ordered what I wanted to eat individually. The sushi is not too big, it's a normal size, and the vinegar has just the right amount of flavor. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Shiny fish such as horse mackerel and yellowfin tuna are especially recommended. Grilled clams have firm and elastic flesh. Even if you eat it without soy sauce, it still has a salty taste that goes well with alcohol. Not only does the food taste great, but the staff's service is courteous and wonderful.
