I think the first time I visited here was over 10 years ago. I realized this after Seibu and Daiei (now Aeon) were finally established in Higashitotsuka. I have visited with my family several times, but we are not regulars yet ^^ There is a parking lot for 4-5 cars next to restaurant. Regular holidays are every Monday and the first Tuesday of the month, but if a holiday falls on a Monday, we will be open. Entered the store around 17:30. The previous guests were a group of two, and they left a while later, so we had reserved. First, I ordered hot sake. The highlight is the daikon radish dressed with miso. Chilled radish and hot sake are good. You can't order a course for more than two people, and the sashimi seems to be for two people, so when I was worried, Mr. Ita said, ``You can have lighter sashimi.'' Thank you. After that, a few minutes with Matsuko. The sashimi has arrived. I will eat. Yes, there is no odor and the coolness is nice. It's even nicer that it also has Japanese ginger. While I was relaxing, there were suddenly three or four guests coming in quick succession. It was starting to get busy, so I quickly ordered the special nigiri. If you're just wandering around, you'll end up being left behind by 7 people. Nigiri-san arrived quickly. Enjoy it slowly and enjoy it. The amount of sushi is exquisite. Not too much, not too little. Of course, men (and of course women) who like large portions can choose to have more sushi. At lunch time, I usually had a lot of Shari (free of charge). The mitsuba in the bowl is also delicious.
