今日は以前から気になっていた東戸塚・和くらに飲みに出掛けました。
店を知っていても、なかなか足が向かなかったのは
その高級感です。
お店としては良かれと思っての造りなんだと思いますが、
それが気楽な夫婦飲みは場としては足が遠のいてしまったんですね。
実際、ちょっとクラブチックな内装・・・ん？クラブ↑ クラブ↓ で意味が違うか。
後者ですハイ。
ではありますが、それが故にゆっくりできますし
落ち着いた空間なのでお話もゆっくりできます。
でも・・・コンセプトは隠れ家な訳だから、この表現は失礼かも。ごめんなさい。
■ロケーション
東戸塚駅東口を出て左。横浜銀行前を通って信号渡らず道なり。パチンコ屋の信号交差点をそのまま直進してセンチュリー21を通り過ぎた最初の路地を左に。それでも分かり難いのですが、お店が数件入ったビルがありますので、そこの半地下になった場所がお店です。
駐車場にはこと欠きませんが・・・飲みのお店なので割愛します。
■外観
半地下の入り口になっています。こういう造りを見ると「穴城」という城郭を思い出します。武田氏の山本勘助が作った小諸城などがそうですが、町よりも城郭が低く作られているお城です。
んー隠れ家っぽいです。それに大々的に看板を出していませんから、知る人ぞ知るという感じですね。
■料理など
行く前は「魚」をメインに考えていたのですが、駆けつけビールに魚じゃもったいないと
長芋のスパイシー揚げ(500円)、おまかせ串５本(950円)をオーダー。
ビールはプレモル。陶器のジョッキに入ってきますが量は若干少なめかな。(580円)
このしょっぱなオーダーで鶏が美味しかったため・・・鶏を深追いし
鶏もつの塩煮込(650円)を追加オーダー。
・・・どーも吉田類を見ていると煮込みを頼んでしまうんだよねぇ・・・
鶏もつの、ちょっとしたトリュフを思わせる食感と塩の味付けによるさわやかな味付けは絶妙。
これは汁まで頂いた。
鶏の定番はもっと旨いに違いないと・・・
三河鶏の唐揚げ和くら風(850円)も追加オーダー。
鶏の唐揚げにネギとラー油？で味付け。ジューシーかつ衣の濃厚さがあって美味しい。
最後に当初の目的であった「魚」を食べようかと
今が旬のスズキの薄造り(900円)をスモークした醤油で頂きました。
ちょっとチグハグなオーダーになってしまいましたが、
トータルして鶏がイチオシの食後感想となりました。
■店内雰囲気など
だいたいは最初に書きましたが、あとは、テーブル席が半個室。
そしてカウンターのテーブルはコの字型のソファーでゆったり座れます。
照明も明るすぎず、寛ぎの時間を過ごす空間としては悪くありません。
しいて言えば、供出がちょっとスローです。
ドリンク供出も早いときと遅いときと。
そんなにお客さんが多い訳ではなかったので、
オーダーは早めに出していくほうがいいかもしれません。
