三連休の最終日、友達とランチタイムに来店しました。
お店は東戸塚駅から少し歩いたところにあります。
(お店に行く途中に、クーポンのチラシがあったので持参しました。)
私達は、選べるお得なランチ、Aのメニューは海鮮丼、Bのメニューはから揚げ、Cのメニューは私はスモークチーズにしました。 友達はサラダを選んでいました。
店内に入ったら、好きな席にどうぞとのことだったので、私達はカウンターを見渡せる席に座りました。
店長さんが｢今日はのどぐろの良いのが入ったので、こちらとブリをから揚げにします。｣と話してくれて初めて食べるから揚げにワクワクします。
しばらくして、から揚げが運ばれて来ました。
のどぐろとブリのから揚げは初めてでしたが、のどぐろが、口の中でとろけて、ブリも生臭くなくて美味しかったです。
次にスモークチーズ、友達のサラダが運ばれて来て、(店長さんはお料理の説明をその都度してくれて、スモークチーズは東戸塚の特産品として作ったと話してくれました。)
最後に海鮮丼が運ばれて来て、しめ鯖は普通はお酢でしめるみたいですが、こちらのお店はグレープフルーツを使ってしめていて、そうするとより風味が良いということと、サバを読むという意味は、泳いでいるサバを数えるのは困難で、そういうところからきているとも話してくれました。
海鮮丼も湯葉や色々な魚が乗っていて、脂がのっていたり、新鮮で弾力があってすごく美味しかったです。
ドリンクのクーポンも使えて、私は紅茶、友達はホットコーヒー、デザートも追加で、ロイヤルミルクティーのアイス頼みました。
店内は、黒いソファー席で統一されていて、箸置きは牛乳パックを再生したもの、楊枝入れはヤクルトの容器に爪楊枝を並べてかわいらしくなっています。
お皿も店長さん自ら焼いたものもあるらしく、こだわりがわかります。
お酒の瓶もたくさんあって、梅酒も店長さん自ら作っていらっしゃるようで、私はブラッドオレンジの梅酒がすごく気になってしまって、友達と夜も来てみようねと話して、また来店しようと話しました。
店長さんは中々のイケメンさんで、常連客が多いと思います。
