The Satsuma Local Cuisine is carefully selected from Kagoshima with particular attention to ingredients and seasonings. We offer a wide variety of special dishes, from classics to Creative Cuisine. The ``Sakurajima Course'', where you can enjoy carefully selected special dishes, is a hearty meal that includes 3 items: the Sakurajima Hot pot, which is inspired by Kagoshima's symbol ``Sakurajima'', the Sakurajima lava plate grilled Sakurajima chicken, and the famous Buu Tang! Another great thing about it is that it's reasonably priced, with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink included, from 5,000 yen to 4,480 yen.

Our most popular dish, ``Buutang'', is a special dish with a new texture that is crisply fried braised pork. The pork we use is "Kiyokawa Meisui Pork" from Kanagawa Prefecture. The meat is slowly simmered for two days, then coated with a special batter and fried until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Please enjoy the addictive exquisite fried chicken! In addition, there is a variety of dishes using brand-name pork such as "Kurobuta" and "Iberico pork" from Kagoshima.
