店内は庶民的な雰囲気。
ご主人がとても人柄がよい感じで、色々と美味しいものを紹介していただけます。
アンキモ、白子、鮭児と珍味を満喫。
楽しみにしていた自家製カラスミは品切れで残念でしたが、代わりに食べたのが「生カラスミ」。
生のカラスミは初めてでしたが、これまたとても美味しく日本酒が進む進む。
お酒も種類が豊富で、日本酒好きにもいいお店かと思います。
焼き物も食べたいなあ、と思いご主人にお勧めを尋ねると、いいカサゴがあるとのこと。
さっそく挑戦してみましたが、これまた絶品！焼き魚でこんなにプリプリしてるんだ！と目からウロコが落ちました。
旬の魚を仕入れて使っていると思いますので、来店のタイミングで当たり外れはあるのかもしれませんが私が行った時は大当たりです。
金沢八景という私があまり足を運ばない場所ですが、近くにいったらぜひ寄りたいお店です。
