知らないうちにすずらん通りに出来た(10/2オープンだそう)、博多をモチーフにした飲み屋。売りは唐揚げらしいが確か並びにも似た店があったような？取り敢えずランチで偵察します。
店内は博多の屋台をイメージしている？わざと素人仕事風になっています。カウンター後ろの壁は焦げ茶色のトタン板。カウンター周りはプラスねじむき出しの合板。足元のステップは足場用の鉄パイプ(タンカン)等。目立つのは各席に設置された「焼酎が出る蛇口」。配管はなんと塩ビパイプです。一階はカウンター八席、四人掛けテーブル二つ。二階もあるようです。
スタッフは厨房に男性二人、ホールに女性一人。接客は結構丁寧です。
ランチメニューはもつ鍋、しゃぶしゃぶ、餃子、唐揚げの四種類。唐揚げ定食880円(税別)に鶏皮串120円を一本付けてみます。
10分弱で定食供出。唐揚げはかなりボリュームがあります。アツアツジューシーですがもう少し味が入っているとイイな。そのままでは物足りないので醤油、マヨネーズ、レモン汁で調整しますがなまじっかボリュームがあるので段々飽きてきます。
ご飯はお代わり可。やや柔らかめで定食としてはごく普通。味噌汁は赤だしでしたがちょっと薄いかな。サラダはポテサラが結構美味しかったです。鶏皮はタレに旨味があまり無い。一般の焼き鳥屋と違い皮しかないのでタレが熟成されないのかも。
まあ、ランチをどうこう言う店ではありませんが極々平均的な味でした。この日の訪問時刻は平日14時。二人のお客さんがカウンターで飲んでいました。食事の客は三組。オジサン客の昼呑み需要はありそうですがランチ客がどのくらい入るか、入り続けるか、この味では微妙です。個人的には斜め向かいの「中華みなみ」のから揚げの方が味が入っていて好きです。
呑む事を考えると蛇口からの焼酎は興味ありますが一度やればもうイイやになりそうだし他の酒類があまり魅力的ではありません。宝酒造とのコラボが変な縛りを作っているようです。安～く呑むには良いのかも知れませんけどね。ちょっと面白い店ではあります。あと、長～い塩ビパイプ(店内をぐるっと一周しています)を流れてきた焼酎がどんな味だかは気になります。
一つ細かい事を言わせて貰うと…
店内はやや薄暗くカウンター席の場合、自分の真後ろにスポット照明があるので自分の影になって料理が良く見えない。これは損なので位置を変えた方が良いと思いますよ。写真撮るのも苦労しました。
