Ever since "Edomae Sushikatsu" opened in the shopping district right next to Ofuna Station, it has been loved and patronized by many people in the area. We have continued to move forward with the same passion since our founding, with a commitment to the ingredients we use, including conger eel and tuna, prepared with a secret sauce that has been passed down since our founding. Please enjoy the taste that we continue to preserve.

Every day, we use our strict discerning eye to purchase seasonal products and carefully selected natural materials from the market. The store is also equipped with a fish tank. We offer live horse mackerel, prawns, and shellfish. We deliver lively fish that are scooped and handled from large aquariums. Please enjoy the difference in texture and taste.

[Tuna] Signature menu. The moment you put it in your mouth, it melts on your tongue and spreads its rich flavor, making you feel happy. [Kuruma prawns] Make sushi from live prawns from a cage. The meat is elastic and you can enjoy the juicy texture. [Conger eel] Edomae conger eel is slowly stewed and dipped in Sushikatsu's traditional secret sauce. The soft and melting texture is addictive! [Mackerel] Live horse mackerel is processed on the spot, so it is extremely fresh and has a chewy texture that enhances its deliciousness.

A 3-minute walk from Ofuna Station, we have over 30 types of seeds available at the counter. For the tuna, we use the belly of raw bluefin tuna.In the aquarium, we use live mackerel, turban shells, an
...d prawns to make sushi. There is a tatami room, so you can safely bring your children. Banquet courses are available for 6,000 yen to 7,000 yen, including all-you-can-drink for 2 to 40 people. We also do delivery, so please take advantage of it.
