I stop by here for lunch on my day off. The white porridge is made with salmon, salted natto, pickled plums, takuan, miso soup, and rice from Tochigi Prefecture that is pesticide-free, and goes perfectly with the hot white porridge. The miso soup is rich and delicious, like a set meal. A masterpiece by the master!
