大船の商店街の2Fにある2014年に創業の『みわ久（みわく）』
大船市場もある庶民的な商店街ですが、こちらはかなり良い雰囲気の割烹。鮨と海鮮パールとあり、旬の魚、相模湾の地の魚、その他山形牛なども取り揃えてます。
内装も凝っており、和の世界が広がります。綺麗な桧のカウンター、目の前で職人が調理しています。

お出汁がしっかり出汁が取られて美味しい。
流石和割烹のお店です。
色々な魚が入っており、甘く煮込んであります。
骨の除去は大変ですが、骨周りの身は美味しいので（骨の髄液は旨みの塊）、やはり美味しい。
目の周りにプルプルのゼラチンもあったりと、健康にも良いでしょう。
白髪ねぎが添えられているのがさっぱりと食べられてい良い。
腕が良いのでしょう。これは他の料理にも期待できます！
