酒飲みの鎌倉放浪記 420軒目「オステリアジョイア」さんのランチ新規開拓420軒目は9月から雪ノ下へ移転してきた「オステリアジョイア」さんです。
今回はBランチとCランチを各1セットです。
Bランチはメインが魚or肉、Cランチは魚+肉です。ちなみにAランチは前菜とパスタです。
この日の前菜とホカッチャです。
前菜三種盛り
新ジャガイモのポテトサラダ、ジョイア風。
洋食のポテトサラダではなく、さっぱりしています。
パテドカンパーニュ、田舎風パテ、旨くて赤ワインが欲しくなりますね～
スクナカボチャの酢フォルマ—と、玉子焼きとキッシュの中間くらいの焼き物で、これも旨い！
パスタを待ちます。
パスタ2種。
剣先イカと長茄子のアラビアータスパゲティ +200円のメニューです。
アラビアータですが、トマト・パスタです。小さめの剣先イカが1匹まるまる入っています！
久しぶりのスパゲティ、美味い～！
揚げ茄子とミートソースのリングイネ こちらも+200のメニューです。リングイネって、断面が楕円形のスパゲティです。
挽き肉が大きめでゴロゴロしています。
濃厚で旨いパスタです！
メインの魚を待ちます！
イナダのソテー
野菜たっぷり、イナダの大きめでおいしい～！
もう少し大きくなればブリですね！
特別な薩摩芋で甘い！
パブリカは色味もいいですね。
こちらはBランチの魚でして、野菜が多い！
Cランチでは肉の付け合わせになる野菜も入っているそうです。
茄子は2種類ほど入っています。
いも豚のロースト
豚肉も好物なので、厚切りなこれはイイ！
美味しいシンプルな豚肉です！この野菜を全部足すとBランチの魚と同じ野菜の量になります。
ここで、このメニューからデザートを選びます。
お値段に変更のない星印付のデザート2種を注文します。
ローズマリーのプリン
甘すぎず、美味いスィーツです！
ヨーグルとのババロア 桃ソース いぜん、ヨーグルとのババロアは食べとことがあり、悪いイメージだったのですが間違いでした！
甘さ控えめですが適度な酸味で旨い～～！
やっぱり上手に作れば全く別物になるのですね！
紺青はエスプレッソで〆ます。
連れはコーヒーです。
