酒飲みの鎌倉放浪記 526軒目「海鮮丼専門店鎌倉五鉃」さんの海鮮丼鎌倉新規開拓526軒目は焼津・小田原に続き鎌倉に開店した五鉄さんです。
究極の五鉄 4,378円 折角なので究極を頂きます。
4色丼のように見えますが、メニューの解説では
「本日の鮮魚+いくら+かに+うに+ホタテ」だそうです。
本日の鮮魚はどこ？？？、なのかは後ほど。
なかなか、海鮮が豪快にかかっています。

北海道産のウニだそうですが、溶けてはいませんけど…
生臭さは皆無ですがミョウバン臭がちょっと強めで、柔らかくもなく…
蟹のほぐし身、何蟹の身かは分かりませんが、ズワイガニではないような気がします。
素晴らしいわけではないような気がします…
いくらは小粒でやや塩味強めの塩いくらです。
日尾タテは一級品だと思います。
付け合わせの小鉢。ワサビは本ワサビですが、スリおろしたてではなさそうです。
この、一瞬ネギトロかと思った部分が本日の鮮魚でした。
壁に書いてあった本日の鮮魚は
「三崎のマグロ、真鯛、ツブ貝、カンパチ、イタヤ貝、スズキ」
だそうでして、コマ切れ＆ミンチ的になって固まりとして提供されます。
ん～、それぞれを刺し身にしてほしいと思うのは紺青だけなんでしょう。
ドンブリの渕までご飯（普通の白米で酢飯ではない）が入っていますので、刺し身のボリュームは多いのですが
最初に見た目ほどではございません。
ご飯の炊き具合は固めで、旨い～！です。
最後にドンブリの中身を少し残してお茶漬けでたのしむスタイルですが…
ここは好き好きですね。
