The best part of a sushi izakaya is being able to enjoy nigiri Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) made with fresh fish carefully selected each day. The ingredients are fresh fish purchased by the owner at the market every day, or from trusted fishermen. The rice, made with rice from Nagano Prefecture and a unique blend of vinegar, enhances the flavor even more. The grainy, lightly sweet rice goes well with sushi, and is very popular with customers. In addition to single items, we also have sets such as a 10-piece selection set, so please choose according to your preference!

In addition to sushi, we also offer handmade a la carte dishes and lunch menus that incorporate Seafood.
