湘南に遊びに行った時に立ち寄りました。
新鮮な地魚が食べれるお店に行こうと藤沢駅南口駅前の歩道橋を歩いていると、
たくさんの酒瓶が飾られたお店を発見。
ビルの下に行くと、メニューがありお寿司屋さんとわかりました。
試しに行ってみようという事になり入店。
店内は4月にオープンしたばかりとの事で綺麗でした。
カウンター席は10席くらいでお客さんは1組のみいました。
大将にお話を伺うと、ネタは北海道からの直送のものや市場、オーナーさんや社員の方が釣って来たものとの事。
この日も社員の方が釣ってきたという、マルイカを頂きました。
さすがに新鮮なだけあって透明感がありとてもおいしかったです。
あと注文した中でおいしかったのは殻カキ、イサキ、巻物のかんぴょうは大将が煮て作られたとのことで
とてもおいしかったです。
メニューにはなかったのですが、他のお客さんがコースで食べていた茶わん蒸しも頂きました。
こちらもおいしかったです。
日本酒の瓶がたくさん並べられていましたが、実際に置いているのはその中の一部との事ですが、
人気どころは抑えていました。
