握りセット匠（たくみ）:3300円

を頼みました。
美味しかったです。
ネタもシャリも大きさのバランスがよく、食べやすかったです。
印象的なネタは2点あり、車海老は出汁の味がついており甘く美味しかったです。
穴子は、カレー粉がかかっており、甘タレとスパイシーさが混在しています。
また、味噌汁が非常に美味しかったです。
シャリはぬるめの温度です。
酢の効き方は、普通です。
職人の握る寿司屋の雰囲気や、場所、クオリティなど考えると良い店かと思いました。
【補足】
・完全に好みの話になりますが、私としてはシャリはもう少し冷たく、酢が効いてる方が好きでした。同行者は4.5点との評価でした。
・匠だけでも、十分お腹は膨れるかと思います。
