平日12時半、menu Pranzoを予約のうえの訪問。
地下への階段を下り名乗っての入店。
コースの概要を聞いたあとスプマンテで乾杯。
少量のスープと生ハムに続き、選択した前菜「マゴガレイのカルパッチョ」の登場。
聞き慣れない葱を添えてのお品。
ソースは卒なく身には厚みもあり、美味いことに違いわないものの、感激に値はしない。
連れの選択した「トマト&桃 チーズカプレーゼ」も同様。
続いてのパスタは＋800円を要する「国産ポルチーニのアーリオオーリオ」
椎茸が大の苦手であっても、高級キノコは好物であるナオジ。
貴腐の様な香りのするワインを含んだあと、フォークを駆使して一口分のパスタを絡め、上品に慎重に口にすれば訪れる至福のとき。
リッチな香りと優雅な食感なポルチーニ。ソースはオイルよりもチーズが効いている。
とっても豪華なパスタ。
選択制のメインは＋2,000円となる「山形A5肉ステーキ」
肉に備えてバルベーラ&アリアーニコを半分サーブしてもらいました。
こいつは文句なしの美味さ。可能であれば、もう二切れ頂きたい。
この後は選択したプリン&カプチーノ。
ディナー用アラカルトメニューを頂戴し、静かに店を後にしました。
記念日利用であったナオジ一行のこの日、店には地元民であろう庶民的で闊達なおばさま達が、多数賑やかに食事を楽しんでおられました。なお、ワインに値札はない。
