[Don't worry] We have implemented thorough measures against Anisakis. At Imagawa Cafeterias, we take fresh fish landed in the morning at Misaki Port and use patented state-of-the-art equipment to treat the fish against Anisakis to ensure its freshness while providing safe, secure, and delicious raw mackerel. This is a Seafood specialty restaurant that serves raw mackerel, which is rare in the Kanto region. Near the west exit of Shonandai Station, the western end of a series of restaurants below the road level. I thought it was a new store from the clean façade, but it doesn't seem to be the case (it says it will open in December 2020). A directly managed store of Imagawa Shoten, headquartered in Misaki, Miura City. It seems that they mainly operate a fresh fish wholesale business. There are not many shops in Shonandai that are open before 4pm on holidays. I decided to come to this restaurant because I wanted to eat fish. The staff confirmed the number of people, and we took our seats at the island-shaped counter in the center. It's a medium-sized store that's not that big. The hoppy set (white) is 605 yen (medium refill is 308 yen) and ordered verbally after looking at the tabletop menu. There is less shochu than the mug, so adjust the outside. Apparently they don't have appetizers, so I ordered the sashimi platter for 858 yen. It was provided fairly quickly. The staff told me about the fish. Spanish mackerel, yellowtail, flounder, and tuna. All are cut thickly. First I ate the flounder, which was delicious. It tastes more like flounder than flounder. Personally, I'm happy because flounder is better than flounder. The others are a little different from the fatty ones, but they are delicious. Is the tuna raw? If it were to be thawed, it would be an excellent situation. Additional items include smoked mackerel potato salad for 418 yen and mackerel bone Senbei (rice crackers) for 418 yen. Drinks are Sawanoi Ichigo for 748 yen. It is served cold, but the storage temperature is too low. My impression is that it's a reasonable meal. By the way, the oshi menu is sesame mackerel. Probably, but I think it's a dish called sesame mackerel from the Fukuoka region. I don't think it's the former of black mackerel and chub mackerel. I looked at the menu but couldn't figure it out. I hesitated to order it. On the other hand, what I was curious about was the idea of service. For example, a lowered meal. It wasn't a problem for me, but at another table, the tableware that was there when I entered was still there when I left. For example, self-accounting. I was not given any instructions to self-pay. When other elderly people were confused, they called out to the staff. There was plenty of room in the hall, right? It's a shame because I was left with a good impression of the staff's communication skills and attentiveness. Another thing that bothered me was that it was difficult to receive mobile phone signals.
