Every day, I buy fresh whitebait caught in the morning at Maruhachimaru in Hiratsuka. After all, the freshness is different when caught in the morning. Whitebait will dance (pop) in your mouth! ! Once you try it, you'll be addicted to it! Depending on the weather, there may be cases where items are not in stock. If you see the word "raw shirasu" on the daily recommended menu, please try it! I'm looking forward to more excitement than I expected. *Due to fishing being prohibited from January to March, there is no stock available.
