Our restaurant's food is prepared solely by our chef, who has over 40 years of experience in Japanese-style meal. I started this career at the age of 18, and by leveraging my training at a famous kaiseki Ryokan and my experience as a chef, I serve customers with my solid skills and sense in making the ingredients both delicious and beautiful. We respond flexibly to last-minute reservations and requests, and even our regulars recognize our quick service. Please enjoy the eye-catching dishes that are created one by one by the head chef's discerning taste and technique.

We serve dishes made with fresh ingredients. The fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu Market and the local Oiso fishing port is carefully selected by the head chef himself. We also use fresh vegetables purchased directly from local farmers. We value the natural flavor of the ingredients and carefully prepare each dish without adding unnecessary touches, so the dashi stock prepared daily by our head Japanese-style meal chef brings out the quality of the ingredients. Enjoy your meal while feeling the changing seasons with all five senses.

You can enjoy local sake purchased from all over the country according to the season. In the summer, enjoy cold sake in a cool sake cup, and in the winter, enjoy warm sake that warms your mind and body. We always offer more than 10 types of sake, including local sake from Isehara and Shonan. We offer a wide range of scents and flavors, from sake to shochu and Meat Dishes, so that they can be paired with any dish, from vegetables to fish to meat dishes. Enjoy a delicious cup to accompany your meal.

[Creative Cuisine Aya] offers colorful dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients. We offer courses that are ideal for group dining. The ``Chef's selection Course'' and ``Aya Special Kaiseki Cuisine

Reservations for the course are accepted until 17:00 the day before. The relaxing interior is equipped with a counter and private rooms.
