美味しいお魚とお酒で
川崎を散策していると、気になるお店に足が止まる。料理、お酒、接客等、満足いくものの、料理のでるタイミングは若干不満ありといったところか…。
お酒の種類は豊富でこの中で最初に選択したのは、最近の1番のお気に入り「紀土」。
お通しは「ワカメとムール貝の焼き物」。その後、「ボウズギンポの炙りさし」。脂がのっていてうまし❗️
「酒呑みのポテサラ」は奈良漬けが入った料理で好み。「海苔のりアボガド」は、アボガドに海苔の佃煮、味付け海苔、白ごま、ホースラディッシュ。これがめちゃくちゃうまし❗️地魚のチーズフリットは本日はブリ。漁師のなめろう、紅鮭すじこおろし等、本当にお酒によく合う。
紀土の他、満寿泉、竹鶴ハイボールなどをおつまみと一緒に堪能。
